We wanted to understand whether Olivia’s approach could make a measurable difference in real-world workplace interactions - moving beyond theory and perception to test its impact in realistic situations.
Participants were presented with a series of workplace communication scenarios and asked to assess communications created with and without Olivia’s personalised guidance.
Olivia improved outcomes in 9 out of 10 workplace scenarios tested.
The findings provide evidence that bringing psychometric and behavioural insight into AI-assisted communication can improve the effectiveness of workplace interactions.
For us, this represents an important validation of the thinking behind Olivia: understanding the people involved, recognising the behavioural dynamics at play, and using those insights to provide guidance tailored to the individual and the situation.
But communication is only the starting point.
The research demonstrates the value of Olivia’s approach in workplace communication. The broader opportunity is to bring that same behavioural intelligence to the many interactions, relationships and moments of collaboration that shape how people work together.
